By using this website or placing an order with Twisted Bliss Dye Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Orders

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because our yarn is hand-dyed, colors and patterns may vary between skeins and may appear differently depending on your screen.

We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and other information on our website at any time. We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, such as in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Payment

Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Returns and Refunds

We generally accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective or we made a mistake with the order.

Please see our Refund & Return Policy for additional information.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including our photographs, designs, text, and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Twisted Bliss Dye Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
