We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay so you can check out seamlessly. Each skein is custom packaged with care. Payment processing is fully encrypted and secure. If you ever need a return or order adjustment, refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method upon receipt.

Shipping

We carefully package and ship hand-dyed yarn batches from our studio within 2–4 business days. Express and standard options are available at checkout across North America and worldwide. Delivery takes 3–7 days, complete with tracking so you can watch your yarn journey home.
