We want you to love your yarn. You may cancel or return your order within 30 days.

The deadline is 30 days from the date you receive your hand-dyed treasures. To qualify, yarn must remain in its original skein form and not be wound into cakes or balls.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your return. We use your original payment method, and no extra fees will be applied to your studio credit or refund.

Return Conditions:

For your hand-dyed fiber to be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• Order is 30 days old.

• Original packaging.

These items cannot be returned:

• Custom dye orders or personalized fiber blends.

• Digital patterns or items wound into balls.

• Items with scent or pet hair compromising hygiene.

• Items sold as part of mystery bundles or final sales.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any fiber that does not meet these artisanal standards at our discretion.

Shipping Back

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mail your package to the following studio address in North America:

We cannot be held responsible for yarn lost in transit. We recommend tracked shipping. We cannot issue a refund without receipt of the goods or proof of delivery to our studio.

Gifts:

If the yarn was a gift, you will receive studio credit. Once we receive the returned fiber, a digital gift card will be sent to your email address for future project inspiration.

If the yarn wasn't marked as a gift, or the buyer had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
